1. Product Representation: We make every effort to accurately represent the colors and characteristics of our gemstone healing bracelets through product descriptions and images. However, due to the unique nature of gemstones and variations in screen resolution, the actual product may appear slightly different than it does on our website.

2. Payment:
We accept Visa, Paypal, Etransfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopPay. All payments must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

3. Shipping: Our standard shipping policy. All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days after the order has been placed.
Please UPGRADE to trackable shipping if you wish to track your item every step of the way. You will receive a photo of your item being mailed. *We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If you would like to purchase trackable shipping, please make sure to do so at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Little Lotus Designs. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
